SA213 T91 은 고온 환경에서 사용되는 9% Chromium
1% Molybdenum 합금 Ferrite 조직을 가지는 합금강입니다.

Chromium 함량이 높은 강재는 고온에서 내산화성이 좋고
오스테나이트 조직에 비교해, 열팽창계수가 작아,

고온에서 냉각, 상온에서 가열 과정에서 표면 스케일이 작으므로
표면 scale loss 가 적다는 장점이 있습니다.

또한 1% 수준의 Molybdenum 합금은 합금이 없는 재질보다
내식성을 높이는 역할을 합니다.

SA213 T91 재질은 Tube 이면서 Cr 9%, Mo 1% 합금이라서
T91 로 Grade를 표기하는 Seamless Tube 입니다.

SA213 T91 — Tube, A335 P91 — Pipe, A387 Grade 91 — Plate로
모두 9Cr-1Mo 재질로, 재질적으로 같은 고온용 강재입니다.

SA213 T9 보다 — 항복강도 205 MPa minimum
SA213 T91 이 — 항복강도 415 MPa minimum

항복강도가 2배 이상 높아 고온이면서 강도가 높게
요구되는 경우 SA213-T91 재질이 사용됩니다.

Heat resisting steels with ferritic structure
Generally, they have characteristics of small thermal stress
due to the small coefficient of thermal expansion and
large thermal conductivity, and of high creep strength
and high yield point at high temperature.

페라이트 조직을 가지는 내열강. 일반적으로 열팽창계수가 작고,
열전도도가 큼으로 열 응력이 작으며, 높은 크립 강도,
고온에서 고항복점을 가지는 특징이 있습니다.

※ Ferrite (페라이트)
알파 (α) 철과 델타 (δ) 철에 하나 이상의 원소가 고용되어 있는 고용체
Solid solution of one or more elements in alpha iron or delta iron.

※ Ferrite Steel (페라이트강)
고체 상태의 모든 온도 범위에서 페라이트 구조가 안정된 상을 가지는 강
