절삭성을 향상 시킨, 표면 품질이 우수한 쾌삭강입니다.

JIS SS400, KS SS275, AISI 1018, 황 함량 0.050%

AISI 1212 황 함량 0.16~0.23 % 는 다른 탄소강재 대비 훨씬 높습니다.
AISI 1212 강재는 절삭성을 높인 반면, 기계적 성질과

용접성, 표면 경화 성능을 희생 시킨 재질로 JIS SUM21 과 대응됩니다.
AISI 1212 재질은 심한 응력을 받지 않는 Screw 제작 용도로 사용합니다.

AISI 1212 쾌삭강은 Hot Rolled 열간 압연 생산 후, Drawn (인발) 생산으로
표면 품질이 우수하며, 환봉과 육각봉으로 SUM 21 과 대응됩니다.
