SPCE 는 KS D 3512, JIS G 3141,냉간 압연 강판 및 강대 (strip) 규정의
심가공용 (deep drawing quality) 용도의 symbol old grade (종류의 기호)입니다.

SPCE-SD에서의 “S”는 Temper grade (조질 구분) 표시로
Standard temper grade (표준 조질) 상태 (Skin pass)를 의미합니다.

SPCE-SD 에서의 “D”는, Surface finish (표면 마무리) 를 나타내는
symbol 로, Dull finished (무광택 다듬질) 상태를 말하는 약호입니다.

※ 강대 (Steel strip in coil, steel sheet in coil, steel plate in coil)
Hot rolled or cold rolled flat steel products which are coiled up.
평평하게 열간 압연 또는 냉간 압연 된 강철로 코일상으로 감긴 강재.

※ Dull Finish (무광택 다듬질)
Finish which indicated the surface conditions of cold rolled steel sheets
and strip with which the surface of steel sheets and plates are finished
in a delustering state of matte finish by uniformly coarsening the
surface of cold rolling roller.
It is also called matte finish or delustering finish.

냉간 압연 강판 및 강대의 표면 상태를 나타내며, 냉간 압연 롤의 표면을
균일하게 거칠게 해, 강판의 표면을 배 표면 살 모양의 무광택 상태로
끝 손질한 것을 말합니다.
배 살 끝 손질 또는 무광택 끝 손질이라고도 합니다.

※ Skin pass (조질 압연 , Temper Rolling)

For the galvanized steel plate and steel strip, skin pass is
performed for the purpose to make the surface smooth.

냉간 압연 된 강판은 냉간 압연 가공 과정에 의해 강도는 증가하지만,
인성이 감소하는 현상이 있으므로, Annealing (어닐링, 소둔) 열처리
과정으로 강판 내부의 응력 (stress)를 제거한 후, 결정 입자를
세밀하게 하기 위해 가벼운 냉간 압연(light reduction cold rolling)를
하게 되고, 가벼운 냉간 압연을 조질 압연 이라고 표현합니다.
조질 압연 된 강판은 인성 (Toughness)이 개선됩니다.

※ Deep Drawability (심가공성)
The degree that the material on the surface on dies is drawn
in to the hole, They may be classified into drawability,
deep drawability, and extra deep drawability.

가공 될 소재가 다이스 금형 구멍 안에서 조리개 가공 될 수 있는 정도를
의미하며, 그 정도에 따라, 가공성, 심가공성, 초심가공성으로 구별합니다.
