Hiduron® 130 은 큐프로니켈로 분류되는 동합금입니다.
큐프로니켈은 백동이라고도 부르며, 니켈 10~30% 합금을 말합니다.

Hiduron® 130 은, 동합금으로는 높은 강도, 내마모성 — 특히 해수 (seawater)에 대한
내식성으로 영국 해군 규격인 DTD900/4805 규격에 대응되는 동합금으로,

바다에서 사용하는 동안 금속에 달라 붙어, 부식을 유발하는,
해초류, 조개 등에 내식 성능 (anti-fouling)이 좋고,

수소 취성 (hydrogen embrittlement)에 자유로우며, 극저온 (Cryogenic temperature)의
심해 (subsea) 환경 뿐 아니라 -196℃에서, 충격 인성 저하가 없습니다.

Hiduron® 130 은, 강도는 높지만, 가공성이 좋은 금속으로 Magnetic permeability (20℃)
1.01 보다 작아, 거의 비자성으로, electrical connectors, lead connectors 쓰이고

naval winches, seawater valves and marine engineering, 고응력 항공 부품으로
쓰이며, EN 2.1504, CuNi14Al3Fe1 재질과 대응됩니다.

※ 비투자율 (Relative permeability : µr : 比透磁率)
어떤 물질의 투자율 (µ)과 진공의 투자율 (µ0) 과의 비율 (µ/µ0 = µr)을 말합니다.
비자성체의 µr 은 1 에 가까우며, 자성체는 이와 반대로 1 보다 아주 큽니다.
물질의 투자율 µ0 = 4π×10-7 (H/m)입니다.

※ 비자성강 (Non-magnetic steels : 非磁性鋼)
탄소, 망간, 니켈, 크롬, 질소 등을 주된 합금 성분으로 하고, 오스테나이트계 조직을
나타내는 비자성의 합금강. 조직적으로는 고망간강계, 고니켈계 및 이들의
중간형의 3 종으로 대별됩니다.
비자성강은 발전기, 계전기 등의 전자기 부재, 핵융합 설비 등으로 사용됩니다.

Non-magnetic alloy steels with austenitic structure, in which carbon,
manganese, nickel, chromium, nitrogen, etc. as main alloy elements are contained.
They are classified into 3 types, which are high manganese series,
high nickel series and intermediate type, according to composition.
For example, they are used for electromagnetic components of
generators, relays, etc., and components of nuclear fusion reactors
and linear motor cars.
