S690QL 강판은 DIN-EN 규격의 고항복점, 고인장강도의
Plate에 대한 규격으로, 강도가 높은 Plate인 경우, 박판의 제조가 어렵습니다.

S690QL — 고항복강도, 고인장강도 Plate는
두께 4mm 부터 공급되는 특징이 있습니다.

여기에 높은 굽힘성, 표면 품질, 용접성과 인성, 우수한 HAZ 강도,
Close 허용 공차와 우수한 충격 저항성, 내피로 저항성을 자랑하는 강재입니다.

강하면서도 내충격성 (CVN)이 필요하며
가공성도 요구되는 경우 찾아 쓰는 강재입니다.

※ HAZ (Heat Affected Zone)
철강, 금속을 가스 절단이나, 용접 열에 의해 내부 조직, 기계적 성질이
변하는 부분을 말하고, 균열의 시작점이 되기도 함.

※ Impact Test (충격시험 : 衝擊試驗)
Test of evaluating toughness or brittleness of materials to examine
the magnitude of absorbed energy, fracture appearance, deformation
behavior, crack propagation behavior, etc. in breaking test piece by
applying impact load.
According to the manners to apply impact load, there are various
test methods such as impact tensile, impact compression, impact
bending, impact torsion, etc.
Further, according to kinds of testing machine to be used, they
are also divided into charpy impact test, Izod impact test, etc.

재료의 인성 또는 취성을 조사하기 위해, 시험편에 충격 하중을 가하여
파단 시키고, 소요된 에너지의 대소, 파면의 양산, 변형 거동, 균열의
진전 거동 등에 따라 평가를 하는 시험.
충격 하중 방법에 따라 충격 인장, 충격 압축, 충격 비틀림 시험 등이 있고
사용되는 시험기의 종류에 따라, 샤르피 충격 시험, 아이조드
충격 시험으로 구분됩니다.

※ Toughness (인성 : 靭性)
The degree of difficulty in occurring impact breaking
because of the material’s toughness .
