DIN EN 10222-2, 16Mo3 재질은 압력용기용 단조강 규격입니다.
온도 구역별 항복강도 규정이 있는 용접성을 고려한 저합금 강재입니다.

탄소량 nominal 0.16% 와 Molybdenum nominal 0.30% 합금이 특징인
16Mo3. material number 1.5415 재질은, 환봉, 판, 형강 제품이 있습니다.

DIN EN 10222-2 는, 16Mo3 에 대한 단조강 규격이지만
DIN EN 10273, 16Mo3 재질은 열간 압연 강재라는 차이가 있습니다.

EN 10222-2, 단조강 16Mo3 재질은 Quenching and Tempering 열처리
사용하는 경우가 대부분이고, EN 10273 16Mo3 는, Normalizing 열처리가 대부분입니다.

※ Steels for pressure vessels (압력용기용 강재 : 壓力容器用鋼材)
Steel products manufactured pressure vessels and high pressure
equipment which require strength, weldability and principally
toughness at a ordinary temperature.
They are generally used for the principal portions of pressure vessels.

압력용기 및 고압 설비용으로서 고온 강도, 용접성 및 주로
상온에서의 인성을 중요시하여 제조 된 강재로
보통 압력용기의 주요 부분에 사용됩니다.

type to the ratio of the cross-sectional area before forging to the
sectional area after finishing forging

단조의 목적(성형과 재질개선)의 하나인 재질의 강인화 정도.
일반적으로 단련 성형비나 기계적 성질로 나타낸다.

Steel ingot or semi-finished product to be wrought and formed to
provide a suitable wrought ratio and generally heat treated to
provide desired mechanical properties

적당한 단련 성형비를 주도록 강괴 또는 강편을 단련 성형하고
원하는(소정의) 기계적 성질을 얻기 위해 열처리를 시행한 것
