EN 10305-2 는 Welded Tube 규정으로 E355 Grade 가 있습니다.
EN 10305-1 은 Seamless Tube 규정으로, 이 규정에서 E355 가 있습니다.

EN 10305-2, EN 10305-1 모두 냉간 인발 (cold drawn) Tube 규정입니다.
E355 는 Part 1, Part 2 모두에 있고, 강도에서만 약간 차이가 있습니다.

Part 1, Part 2 E355, 모두 non-alloyed, 탄소강으로 제조 되는 튜브입니다.
EN 10305-2 용접 튜브는 Out diameter 150 mm 까지이고

EN 10305-1 무계목강관은 Out diameter 380 mm 까지로 차이가 있습니다.

E355 는 공급 조건이 +SR 인 경우가 있고, +SR은 냉간 인발 후
stress relieved (응력 풀림) 열처리 제품을 의미합니다.

소재를 잡아 당겨, 다이를 통과시키면서 단면적이나 크기를
줄여 나가거나, 금속을 경화 시키기도 하는 방법

※ Stress Relief (응력 제거 어닐링 (풀림)
Heating to a suitable temperature, holding long enough
to reduce residual stresses and than cooling slowly
enough to minimized the development of new residual stresses.
A heat treatment in which the lock-up stresses in a bar caused
by cold working are removed by heating the bar closed to but
below the lower limit of the critical temperature range,
or to approximately 100℉ below the tempering temperature.

적당한 온도로 가열하고 균열화한 후, 적절한 온도로 냉각함으로써
실질적인 조직의 변화 없이 내부 응력을 줄이고자 시행하는 열처리.

※ SMLS (Seamless : 無繼目鋼管 : 무계목강관)
Steel tubes without a seam, manufactured by hot-rolling, extrusion
or punching from ingot or semi-product, or machining after piercing.
Cold drawn or cold rolled seamless steel tube is called finished
seamless steel tubes.

강괴 또는 강편으로부터 열간 압연, 압출, 밀어 빼기 (압출)로
제조 되든가 또는 천공한 다음 기계 마무리로서 제조된
이음매가 없는 강관. 다만, 이음매 없는 강관을 원소재로, 냉간
인발 한 것을, 냉간 마무리 이음매 없는 강관이라고 합니다.
