EN 10305-1 규정은 탄소강 원형 강관 OD380 mm 이하의 Seamless,
냉간 인발 강관으로 E355, E235, E215, 3가지 Grade 가 있습니다.

EN10305-1 은 SMLS, EN 10305-2 는 용접강관을 규정하고 있으며
E355 재질의 경우 “E”는 Engineering, 숫자 “355”는

Normalizing 열처리 된 상태에서의 항복강도입니다.
E355 +SR 은 냉간 인발 강관으로 냉간 인발 과정에서

가공 경화 효과로 항복강도는 minimum 450 MPa 이상이고
실 제품의 항복강도는 520 MPa 수준에 이르기도 합니다….OD 230mm/16t 이하

EN10305-1, E355, E235, E215 재질은 생산되어 공급되는 조건에 따라
+SR, +C, +LC, +A, +N 조건이 있어, 열처리 등을 참고해야 합니다.

EN 10305-1 E355 강관은 정밀한 곳에 사용되는 강관으로 Cylinder tube 또는
Hydraulic cylinder tube, Cold drawn SMLS Tube 약칭 CDS Tube 라고도 합니다.

※ Stress Relief(응력 제거 어닐링 (풀림)
Heating to a suitable temperature, holding long enough
to reduce residual stresses and than cooling slowly
enough to minimized the development of new residual stresses.
A heat treatment in which the lock-up stresses in a bar caused
by cold working are removed by heating the bar closed to but
below the lower limit of the critical temperature range,
or to approximately 100℉ below the tempering temperature.

적당한 온도로 가열하고 균열화 한 후, 적절한 온도로 냉각함으로써
실질적인 조직의 변화 없이 내부 응력을 줄이고자 시행하는 열처리.

※ 연화 (Softening, Soft annealing)
철강재의 경도를 원하는 수준까지 낮추기 위해 시행하는 열처리
Heat treatment in which heating is carried out around temperatures of Ac1
transformation point with the object of reducing the hardness of the
ferrous product to a given level.

※ SMLS (Seamless : 無繼目鋼管 : 무계목강관)
Steel tubes without a seam, manufactured by hot-rolling, extrusion
or punching from ingot or semi-product, or machining after piercing.
Cold drawn or cold rolled seamless steel tube is called finished
seamless steel tubes.

강괴 또는 강편으로부터 열간 압연, 압출, 밀어 빼기 (압출)로
제조 되든가 또는 천공한 다음 기계 마무리로서 제조 된
이음매가 없는 강관. 다만, 이음매 없는 강관을 원소재로, 냉간
인발 한 것을, 냉간마무리 이음매 없는 강관이라고 합니다.
