1.4594, X5CrNiMoCuNb14-5 재질은 석출경화형 스텐레스입니다.
높은 기계적 강도와 오스테나이트계 수준의 내식성 강재입니다.

1.4549 재질은 같은 석출경화형 스텐레스인 17-4PH 재질보다
공식 (pitting), 입계 (intergranular) 부식에 대해 더 우수한 내식성입니다.

용접도 좋은 성질이고, anti-galling, 높은 강도 특징으로, 우주 항공,
방위 산업, 해수와 관련된 내식성이 필요한 산업 용도입니다.

1.4549 는, shafts, fasteners, oil and gas industry, nuclear engineering,
high-tech mechanical applications, steam turbine blades 용도로 사용됩니다.

1.4549 는 영국의 우주 항공 규격인 S143, S144, S145 규격과
FV520B, Def Stan 95-14, X5CrNiMoCuNb14-5 와 비교 가능합니다.

※ Precipitation Hardening Steels (석출 경화 : 析出硬化)

is added and compounds of those elements or the like are
precipitated by heat treatment

알루미늄, 구리 등의 원소를 소량 가하고, 열처리에 의해
이들 원소 화합물을 석출 시켜 경화 하는 성질을 지니게 한 강.
