SCM435M 은 Chromium, Molybdenum 합금, Steel Strip 재질입니다.
Cold Rolled (냉간 압연)된 제품으로 Hot Rolled 제품보다 표면이 Bright 합니다.

SCM435M 은 탄소량 nominal 0.35% 수준의 강재에 Cr+Mo 합금에
JIS G 3311 규정의 냉간 압연 제품은 “M” 영어 약자를 부기 합니다.

SCM435M-A, 표기 되는 경우는 Annealing (풀림) 열처리 재료,
SCM435M-S, 표기 되면 Skin Pass 로 생산 방법이 달라, -A. -S로 구분합니다.

SCM435M 재질에서 Molybdenum 이 빠지면
SCr435M 재질이 되고 다른 원소 합금량은 같습니다.

SCM435M 재질은 Chain parts, Business machine parts, 자동차용 부품으로 사용되며
As Cold Rolled 상태에서 경도 값이 높아, 풀림 열처리로 경도 값을 낮춰 사용하기도 합니다.

※ Cold-reduced steel sheet (냉간 압연 강판)
보통 스킨 패스한 상태로 공급되나, 구매자의 요구에 의해
스킨 패스 하지 않고, 어닐링한 상태로도 공급됩니다.

This products normally supplied skin passed but may be supplied annealed
last (ie. Without a skin pass), if specified by the purchaser on this order.

※ 연마특수강대 : 마대강 (硏摩特殊鋼 : 摩帶鋼 : Cold rolled steel strip)
Cold rolled steel hoop steel using carbon steel for machine structural use,
alloy steel for machine structural use, tool steel, spring steel and so on.
Cold rolled hoop steel is generic designation of cold rolled steel strip of
less than 600 mm in width and cut in lengh from them.

기계 구조용 탄소강, 기계 구조용 합금강, 공구강, 스프링강 등을 사용한
연마 강대를 말합니다.
연마 강대란, 폭 600mm 미만의 냉간 압연 강대 및 그로부터
절단된 강판의 총칭 입니다.

※ Annealing (풀림 열처리)
Heat treatment consisting of heating and soaking at a suitable
temperature followed by cooling under conditions such that,
after return to ambient temperature, the metal will be in
a structural state closer to that of equilibrium.
Annealing is a heat treatment process to transform the steel
structure in to a more homogenous, soft or more suitable state
Note : Since this definition is very general, it is advisable to use an
expression specifying the aim of the treatment (see bright annealing,
full annealing, soft annealing, inter-critical annealing, isothermal
annealing and subcritical annealing)

금속 재료를 적당한 온도로 가열하고, 그 온도에서 유지하는 균질화 처리를
한 뒤, 냉각함으로써 냉각 후 상온에서의 조직이 평형상태에
가깝도록 하는 열처리를 말합니다.
이 용어는 아주 광범위하게 사용되므로 처리하는 목적을 덧붙여
사용하는 것이 바람직하다. 예를 들어 광휘 어닐링, 완전 어닐링,
연화 어닐링, 중간 어닐링, 등온 어닐링, 변태점 이하 어닐링)

※ As rolled (압연한 그대로)
The condition the material is in when in comes off the sizing rollers.
Cooling as it’s being processed. As rolled is more prone to hard spots
and higher as shipped hardness
