EN 10151 규정은 스텐레스 스프링강에 대한 규정으로
1.4568, X7CrNiAl17-7 강재를 포함해, 두께 6mm 이하

폭 600mm 이하의 Strip 제품이며 10가지 스프링 종류가 있습니다.
1.4568 은 석출경화 스텐레스로, 냉간 압연 강재입니다.

1.4568 스프링강재의 특징으로는 높은 내피로성 — high fatigue strength
응력이 작용하는 경우 250~300℃ 수준까지 사용 가능합니다.

냉간 가공도에 따라 자성을 띨 수 있으며
높은 강도이지만, 오스테나이트계 스텐보다는 떨어집니다.

1.4568 강재는 석출경화 열처리와 (precipitation hardening),
냉간 가공에 의한 경화 효과로 높은 강도가 특징입니다.

1.4568 석출경화 스텐레스 강재는 냉간 압연하면 탄성계수 195 GPa,
냉간 압연과 열처리 된 강재는 200 GPa 수준의 탄성계수입니다.

※ Fatigue strength (피로 강도 : 疲勞强度)
A property of resistance for breaking to be generated by repeated stress
반복되는 응력으로 발생하는 파괴에 대해 견디는 성질.

※ Precipitation Hardening Steels (석출 경화 : 析出硬化)
Steels with the property of being hardened by a method wherein
a small amount of elements such as aluminium, copper, etc.
is added and compounds of those elements or the like are
precipitated by heat treatment.

알루미늄, 구리 등의 원소를 소량 첨가하고, 열처리에 의해
이들 원소 화합물을 석출 시켜 경화 하는 성질을 지니게 한 강.

※ 냉간 가공 (Cold-working : 冷間加工)
가공 경화가 나타나는 온도에서의 금속 또는 합금의 소성 변형을 말합니다.

Plastic processing method of metal or alloy which is carried out within such a
temperature range that strain hardening occurs.

※ 가공 경화 ; 변형 경화 (Working hardening ; Strain hardening)
A phenomenon in which materials are hardened due to the increase of
processing strain when the processes such as cold rolling, drawing
and the like are carried out during cooling.

인발, 냉간 압연과 같은 냉간 가공에 의한 금속 구조가 변화됨으로서
강도와 경도가 증가 되는 현상을 말합니다.
일반적으로 강도와 경도가 좋아지면, 연성은 감소합니다.
