SNB23 재질은 고온 환경에 사용되는 볼트용 환봉 재질입니다.
기계적 성질에 따라 Class 1 부터, Class 5 까지 구분되는 재질입니다.

SNB23 은, 350℃ 까지 허용 인장 응력 규정이 있는 강재로 228 MPa minimum 입니다
SS400 허용 인장 응력은 225℃/t≤16, 61 MPa minimum과 비교하면 차이가 큽니다.

SNB 23 은, killed steel 로 제조 되며 경우에 따라 진공아크 용해
(vacuum arc remelting) 방법으로 제조해, 강재 내부의 가스, 편석을 제거한

청정강으로 제조하며, VAR 방법은 우주 항공용, 의료용, 특수 분야, 제조법입니다
SNB23 은 열처리에 따라 차이가 있지만, 인장강도 1000 MPa 이상의 강도입니다.

SNB23 재질은 원자로와 그 밖의 특수 용도로 사용하는 볼트, 스터드볼트 와샤,
너트, 등을 만드는 압연 또는 단조한 합금강 봉강으로, AISI E4340H 에 대응됩니다.

※ Killed Steel (킬드강, 탈산강)
Steel sufficiently deoxidized with ferrosilicon, aluminium, and so on.
In the case of ingot casting, during the progress of solidification in a ingot mold,
it is gently solidified without generation of carbon monoxide,
being comparatively uniform, with little segregation and has no blow hole.
however, because of a shrinkage cavity is formed in the centre of upper part,
its yield is low, In the case of continuous casting, it is killed steel and,
comparing with an ingot casting, uniformity and yield better.
killed steel is further classified according to grain size or deoxidizer.

페로실리콘이나, 알루미늄 등으로 충분히 탈산한 강철로,
용탕이 응고 진행 중에 일산화 탄소를 발생 시키지 않고,
조용히 응고해, 비교적 균질하고, 편석이 적고, 기포도 없지만
응고된 강괴 윗부분 중심으로부터, 수축공이 생겨, 회수율이
좋지 못한 단점이 있고, 결정 입도, 탈산제에 따라 세부적으로 더 분류됩니다.

※ Mechanical properties (기계적 성질 : 機械的性質)
Various properties relating to mechanical deformation and
breaking such as tensile strength, yield point or proof strength,
elongation, reduction of area, hardness, impact value,
fatigue strength, creep strength, etc.

인장강도, 항복점, 연신율, 단면 수축율, 경도, 충격치, 피로 강도,
크리프 강도 등 기계적인 변형 및 파괴에 관계되는 성질을 말합니다.

※ Segregation (편석 : 偏析)
Nonuniform distribution of impurities, inclusions, and
alloying constituents in metals.

금속의 합금 성분, 불순물, 비금속 개재물이 금속 내 고루
분포되지 못하고, 모여 있는 현상을 말합니다.
합금성분의 농도 차, 비중 차이에 의해서도 발생합니다.
