Aluminum Alloy 1100 재질은 minimum 99.00% 알루미늄으로
Commercially 순 알루미늄(pure aluminum)으로, 비중은 2.71 g/㎤ 입니다.

Alloy 1100 알루미늄은 높은 강도는 필요치 않지만
높은 내식성과 좋은 성형성, 용접성이 요구될 때 사용합니다.

Alloy 1100 Temper H14 or H22 재질은 식품 산업과 저장 창고,
화학 약품을 취급하는 장치에 사용되는 재질입니다.

Alloy 1100 재질은 열처리로 강도를 높일 수 있는 재질이 아니며
인발과 냉간 압연에 의한 가공 경화로 강도를 높이는 재질입니다.

Alloy 1100 재질은 ASTM B209, AMS 4001, AMS 4003, QQ-A_250/1 —
sheet and plate 규정과 JIS A1100P 재질과 비교 가능하고

Round-Bar, Rod, Wire 제품은 ASTM B211 Alloy 1100, AMS 4102,
QQ-A-225/1, Drawn, or Cold Finished 규격과 비교 가능합니다.

Strain Hardened Only :
Applies to products that are strain hardened to obtain the desired mechanical
properties without supplementary thermal treatment.
The number following this designation indicates the final degree of strain hardening.

가공 경화만 한 것으로 소정의 기계적 성질을 얻기 위해 추가 열처리를 하지 않고
가공 경화만 한 것을 말합니다.
H1 기호 다음의 숫자는 최종 가공 경화 정도를 나타냅니다.

냉간 가공에 의한 금속 조직의 변화로 강도와 경도의 증가를 유발하며
일반적으로 연성이 감소되는 현상이 있습니다.
