Inconel® Alloy 617 재질은 Nickel, Chromium, Cobalt, Molybdenum
합금으로, 고온에서의 강도와 내산화성이 특징입니다.

Inconel® 617 NiCrCoMo 합금 특징은 산화성, 환원성 부식 물질에 대해
높은 내식성이며, Co, Mo 원소가 고용 강화 효과 역할을 합니다.

Alloy 617 금속은 좋은 용접성과 가공성 재질로, ASTM B166 – Bar, Rod, Wire,
B167 – Pipe, Tube, B168 – Plate, Sheet, Strip, UNS N06617 에 대응됩니다.

Alloy 617 재질은 980℃ 까지의 높은 내산화성으로 combustion cans,
transition liners in both aircraft and land-based gas turbines,

power-generating plants, fossil-fueled and nuclear 용도로 사용되며
Inconel® 은 Trademark of Special Metals Corporation 입니다.

두종류 이상의 원소에 의해 생성되는 균질이며 고체이고, 결정질인 상.
용질 원자가 용매 원자 자리에 치환되는 치환형 고용체와
용매 원자 사이에 침입형 고용체로 구분됩니다.

금속 재료의 강화 방법 중 하나로, 금속을 강하게 만드는 종류로는

가공 경화 ; 변형 경화 (Strain hardening)
석출 경화 ; 시효 경화 (Precipitation strengthening)
결정립 미세화 (Grain refinement),
고용 강화 (Solid-solution strengthening) 등이 있습니다.
