SFL3 재질은 저온 환경에서 사용하는 압력용기용
합금 단조강으로 Nickel 3.5% nominal 합금 특징입니다.

SFL3 재질에 Nickel 합금을 하는 이유는 저온에서 취성 (brittleness) 방지
효과가 뛰어나기 때문으로, 저온용 강재에 합금되는 원소입니다.

또한 Nickel 원소 합금 강재는 QT 열처리시에 담금질성을 향상 시키고
질량 효과가 작으며, 강인성이 요구될 때 합금 되는 원소입니다.

SFL3 재질은 압력용기용 프렌지, 피팅류, Block, Round 제품으로
비파괴 시험인 초음파 탐상 시험을 할 수 있습니다.

KS D 4125, JIS G 3205 규정으로, 이 규정에는 SFL1, SFL2, SFL3
재질이 있고, SFL 3 재질만 Nickel 합금강재입니다.

※ Mass effect (질량 효과 : 質量效果)
The degree of difference in depth of the quench hardened layer
according to the greatness of mass and sectional dimensions .
When a slight change of mass or sectional dimensions bring about
a great change in the depth of the hardened layer, the mass effect
is said to be great.

냉각 과정 (냉각 거동)에서 물체의 크기가 미치는 영향을 말합니다.

※ Non-destructive testing (NDT : 비파괴 시험 : 非破壞試驗)
Testing to examine existence of flaws, their existing positions, sizes,
forms, distribution of them without destruction materials and products.
This is at times applied to evaluate metallurgical properties.
There are radiographic testing, ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing,
liquid penetrant testing, eddy current testing.

소재나 제품을 파괴하지 않고, 결함의 유무, 존재 위치, 크기, 모양,
분포 상태 등을 조사하는 비파괴 시험.
강질 시험 등에 응용되는 수도 있습니다.
방사선 투과 시험, 초음파 탐상 시험, 자분 탐상 시험, 침투 탐상 시험,
와류 탐상 시험 등이 있습니다.

※ Forging effect (鍛造效果 : 단조 효과)
The degree of the size of deformation by the operation of forging
It is generally presented by appending the symbol of operation
type to the ratio of the cross-sectional area before forging to the
sectional area after finishing forging.

단조의 목적(성형과 재질 개선)의 하나인 재질의 강인화 정도.
일반적으로 단련 성형비나 기계적 성질로 나타냅니다.
