Inconel® X750 금속은 minimum 70% Nickel Alloy 입니다.
석출 경화로 강도를 높일 수 있고, 700수준까지 높은 강도와

부식과 산화 환경에 저항성이 높은 특징이며, Inconel® X750 는,
극저온 (sub-zero) 환경에서도 우수한 성질 금속입니다.

Inconel® X750 Spring 제품은 AMS 5699 규정과 대응되며 AMS 5699 는
석출 경화 된 Spring Temper 제품으로, 내열성과 내식성 니켈 합금 규정입니다.

Inconel® X750 금속은 Bar, Wire (spring), Sheet, Plate, Forgings,
Seamless & Welded pipe 제품 형태로 gas turbines, rotor blades and wheels,

bolts, and other structural members,rocket-engine thrust chambers,
air-frame applications include thrust reversers and hot-air ducting systems,

heat-treating fixtures, forming tools, extrusion dies, and test machine grips,
springs and fasteners 용도로 사용됩니다.

※ Precipitation Hardening Steels (석출 경화 : 析出硬化)
Steels with the property of being hardened by a method wherein
a small amount of elements such as aluminium, copper, etc.
is added and compounds of those elements or the like are
precipitated by heat treatment

알루미늄, 구리 등의 원소를 소량 첨가하고, 열처리에 의해
이들 원소 화합물을 석출 시켜 경화 하는 성질을 지니게 한 강.

※ Precipitation (석출 : 析出)
A phenomenon in which a crystal of a different phase is
separated from a solid solution and grows.

※ 산화 (Oxidation : 酸化)
The addition of oxygen to a compound,
Exposure to atmosphere sometimes results in oxidation of the
exposed surface, hence a staining or discoloration,
This effect is increased with temperature.

산소와의 결합을 말합니다.
표면이 대기에 노출되면 산화 된 결과 표면 색이 변하고 변형이 됩니다.
온도가 높아지면 산화는 가속화됩니다.
