A1100P 재질은 Pure Aluminum 99.00% 순 알루미늄으로
Alloy 1100 알루미늄으로 부르지만, JIS H 4000 알루미늄 Sheets,

Strips, Plates 규정에서, 판 규격인 경우 A1100P로 Symbol 을, 사용합니다.
A1100P 재질은 강도는 낮지만, 내식성과 가공성, 용접성이 우수합니다.

가공성이 좋아 bending, spinning, drawing, stamping, roll forming 이 쉽고
반사판, 조명 기구, 화학 공업, 도전체 (conductive materials) 용도로 쓰입니다.

A1100P 재질은 열처리에 의해 경화 되지 않고, 압연이나 가공 경화에 의해
강도를 높일 수 있는 재질로 A1100P Temper H24 는 가공 경화의 정도를 말합니다.

Temper H2 는, 가공 경화 후 적절히 연화 열처리 한 것으로, 소정의 값 이상으로
가공 경화한 후, 적절한 열처리로 소정의 강도까지 저하 한 것을 말합니다.

H2 : Strain Hardened and Then Partially Annealed — Applied to products that are
strain hardened more than the desired final amount and then reduction in strength
to the desired final amount by partial annealing.

Temper H2 다음 숫자 H24 는 1/2 경질 (half hard) 상태를 말하고
A1100P 재질의 주요 공급 Temper 는 1100-O, 1100-H14, 1100-H18 입니다.

※ 연화 (Softening, Soft annealing)
경도를 원하는 수준까지 낮추기 위해 시행하는 열처리를 말합니다.
