S355J2C 재질은 Bright Steel 로, 일반적인 엔지니어링 목적용
Drawn, Turned or Ground 조건의 EN 10277-2 규정의 재질입니다.

EN 10277-2 규정에 S355J2C 재질은 +C : Cold Drawn (냉간인발)
조건인 경우 S355J2C +C 로 Steel Symbol 을 나타내고

S355J2C +SH 로 표시되는 경우는 As rolled + Turned 인 경우가 있으며
표면의 공차 정도는 EN 10278 규정의 tolerance 가 있습니다.

소성변형을 발생하는 냉간압연과 냉간인발의 가공경화 효과로
Diameter 16mm 이하인 경우 420MPa minimum 의 고강도 환봉입니다.

※ Turned products (Lathe turning : 旋削 : 선삭제품) : Symbol +SH (DIN-EN)
Round bars products by turning on a lathe where the products
can be further processed by straightening and polishing.
This operation gives the bar special features with respect to shape,
dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
The removal of metal is carried out in such a way that the bright
product is generally free from rolling defects and surface decarburization.
For technical reasons some bars ordered as hot rolled products may be
delivered roughly turned(peeled), nevertheless such products are
treated as hot rolled products and not as bright products.

Products of various cross section shapes obtained, after descaling,
by drawing of hot rolled bars or rod on a draw bench
(cold deformation without removing material)
This operation gives the product special features with respect to shape,
dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
In addition, the process causes cold working of the product.
which can be eliminated by subsequent heat treatment.
Products in lengths are delivered straightened regardless of size.
