AW 1050A 재질을 포함해, AW 1××× Series 알루미늄은
minimum 99% 이상의 pure aluminum 이고, AW 1050A 은 99.5% Al 입니다.

순 알루미늄은 열처리에 의해 경화되는 재질이 아닙니다.
하지만 인발, 압출의 냉간 가공 방법으로 강도를 높일 수 있습니다.

EN 755-2 은 압출 (extruded) Rods, Bars, Tubes, Profiles 제품 규정이고
EN 755-2 규정 안에 있는 AW 1050A 재질은 순 티타늄으로

좋은 용접성, 내식성, 성형성과 표면 마무리 성질로
음료 용기, 제약용 용기, 식품 취급 용기, 화학 산업 용도로 사용됩니다.

※ Temper H
Strain Hardened (Wrought Products Only) – Applied to products that have their
strength increased by strain hardening with or without supplementary thermal
treatments to produce partial softening. Two or more digits always follow the H.

가공 경화 한 것 – 적절하게 부드럽게 하기 위한 열처리의 유무에 상관없이
가공 경화에 의해 강도를 증가한 것을 말합니다.

Strain Hardened Only :
Applies to products that are strain hardened to obtain the desired mechanical
properties without supplementary thermal treatment.
The number following this designation indicates the final degree of strain hardening.

가공 경화만 한것으로 소정의 기계적 성질을 얻기 위해 추가 열처리를 하지 않고
가공 경화만 한것을 말합니다.
H1 기호 다음의 숫자는 최종 가공경화 정도를 나타냅니다.
