Aluminum Alloy 5083 재질을 JIS 에서는 A5083 으로 씁니다.
A5083 전신재 (wrought ) 재질의 압출봉은 A5083 BE (bar extruded),
인발 로드는 A5083 BD (bar drawn), 선재는 A5083 W (wire)로
표기하는 보통급과, A5083 BES (bar extruded special) 특수급이 있습니다.
특수급은 일반급과 비교해, 지름, 두께, 나비, 각도, 굽음, 평탄도
비틀림 정도의 허용 공차에서 일반급보다 허용 한계가 적습니다.
A5083 재질은 Aluminum 을 Base Metal로 하고, Magnesium을 4.5% 수준을
합금으로, 우수한 강도와 변형 저항성이 높은 재질입니다.
변형 저항성이 높은 재질이다 보니, 성형 가공성을 떨어지지만 비열처리
알루미늄 합금 (1000, 2000. 3000, 5000 series)재질 중 최고 강도 재료입니다.
A5083 BE Temper O 는 항복강도 110 MPa minimum, A5083 BE H111 – 140 MPa
A5083 BE Temper H12 는 항복강도 200 MPa minimum 의 강도입니다.
※ Wrought product (전신재 : 展伸材 : 가공용 합금)
A general term for products obtained by hot and/or cold plastic deformation
processes such as extruding, forging, hot rolling, cold rolling or drawing, either
exclusively or in combination.
Examples for wrought products are rod/bar, wire, tube, profile, sheet, strip, forging.
단독 또는 복합적인 압출, 단조, 열간 압연, 냉간 압연 또는 인발과 같은 열간 및 또는
냉간 소성 변형에 의해 얻어지는 제품에 대한 일반적인 용어로, 전신 제품의 예로는
봉, 바, 선, 관, 형재, 판, 조, 단조물이 있습니다.

Annealed, Recrystallized — Applies to the softest temper of wrought products.
어닐링 (풀림 열처리)한 것으로 전신재에 대해 가장 부드러운 상태를 얻은 상태입니다.
