SGD400-D 재질은 기계 구조용 및 각종 부품용으로 사용되는
Round-Bar (봉강), HEX (육각), Flat-Bar (평강) 형태 제품으로

탄소강 마봉강 SGD400-D 는, 냉간 인발, 연삭, 절삭,
또는 이들 공정의 조합으로, 생산합니다.

SGD400-D 제품은 냉간 인발 효과인 가공 경화 (strain hardening)로
높은 인장강도로 maximum 850 MPa 강도가 가능합니다.

이에 따라 SS490 – SS315, SS540 – SS410, SS590 – SS450
SM490 – SM355 (KS 개정 후 규격)의 공급 상황이 여의치 않을 경우

SGD400-D, KS D3561 마봉강 재질 규격의 검토가 있을 수 있습니다.
단지 기계적 성질 중 인장강도만 비교한 자료입니다 — 아래

SGD400-D 재질 환봉은 D2-200, 육각은 D6~115, 평강은 3~50t 폭 6~500mm
수준의 Size로 외경이 작으면 3m 길이 수준입니다.
