AMS 5570 재질은 Seamless Tubing, 고용화 열처리 된
내열성 스텐레스이고, 크롬 카바이드가 석출 되는 427~816℃ 수준의

고온 환경에 노출 되어도, 우수한 입계 부식 저항성을 가지는 스텐레스입니다.
고온에서 Chromium 석출로 인한 크롬 고갈은 스텐레스의 내식성을 해칩니다.

AMS 5570 재질에는 Titanium 0.75 maximum 합금은 크롬 석출을 억제해
오스테나이트계 스텐레스 안정화 원소로, 고온용 스텐레스 합금 원소로 사용됩니다.

AMS 5570 Type 321 SMLS 재질은 주로 우주 항공용으로 사용됩니다.
AMS 5570 재질은 ASTM A213, ASTM A269 Type 321 과 대응 가능합니다.

※ Solution treatment (용체화 처리, 고용화 처리)
Heat treatment intended for dissolve previously precipitated
constituents and retain them in solution

이전에 이미 석출 된 성분들을 재용해 되어 완전히 분해되
조직 내에 고용되어 다시 석출 되지 않게 하는 열처리.

※ 입계 부식 (Intergranular corrosion)
금속의 결정 입계(Grain boundary) 또는 근처에서 발생하는 부식
Corrosion in or adjacent to the grain boundaries of the metal.

※ Heat Resisting (내열 : 耐熱)
Property of materials that are used at above 550℃ (for steel : wustite point)
due to their excellent resistant to the effects of hot gases and products of
combustion as well as their resistance to the influence of molten salts
and molten metals but also showing good mechanical properties
during short and long-term stressing — EN 10095.
