7075-T6, Bars, Rods, Wire 압연 제품, 냉간재와 Rings 제품 규정입니다.

AMS 4122 금속은 Mg2Si 석출물에 의해 알루미늄 합금 중
최고 수준의 기계적 성질을 가지는 알루미늄 합금입니다.

※ Aluminium Temper T7 meaning
용체화 처리 후 안정화 처리한 것을 의미합니다.
용채화 처리 후 특별한 성질로 조정하기 위하여 최대 강도를 얻는 인공 시효
경화 조건 처리를 넘어서, 과시효 처리한 것을 말합니다.

Solution heat treated and then stabilized.
Applies to products that are stabilized to carry them beyond the point of
maximum strength to provide control of some special characteristics.

※ Stabilizing (안정화)
A thermal treatment used to promote stability under service conditions in,
for example, dimensions, mechanical properties, structure or internal stress.

안정화를 기하기 위하여 사용하는 열처리를 말합니다.
