1.0571, P355QH1 재질은 압력용기용 단조 탄소강재입니다.
EN 10224 고항복점 용접용 fine grain steel 규정의 재질입니다.

1.0571 재질은 좋은 용접성과 인성이고, ASTM A694 F52 강재와 비교 가능합니다.
압력 용기의 제작과 스팀 보일러 용도로 쓰이는 강재입니다.

1.0571 재질의 Ceq 는 0.47 maximum 이고, CVN Test 20℃ ~ -40℃ Longitudinal
CVN 20℃ ~ -20℃ Transverse 충격 시험이 있으며

1.0571 P355QH1 재질은 QT 열처리 강재로
1.0565 P355NH Normalizing 강재와 열처리에서 차이가 있습니다.

Austenizing or Solution Annealing : 860~940℃
Tempering Temperature : 600~700℃ 입니다.

※ Steels for pressure vessels (압력 용기용 강재 : 壓力容器用鋼材)
Steel products manufactured pressure vessels and high pressure
equipment which require strength, weldability and principally
toughness at a ordinary temperature.
They are generally used for the principal portions of
pressure vessels.

압력 용기 및 고압 설비용으로서 고온 강도, 용접성 및 주로
상온에서의 인성을 중요시하여 제조 된 강재로
보통 압력용기의 주요 부분에 사용됩니다.

※ Fine Grain Steel (세립강 : 細粒鋼)
Steels which resist grain growth over a considerable temperature range,
when held at temperature for a reasonable length
of time as is customary in heat treatment of steel.

※ Grain Growth
During a heat treatment process grains can grow at elevated temperature.
Grain growth (increase in grain size) results in decrease of toughness.
