냉간 인발된 SMLS Tubing 제품으로 Temper O 규정입니다.

AMS 4088 재질도 화학 조성에서는 AMS 4087 과 같은 냉간 인발 Alloy 2024
합금이지만 열처리 Temper 가 달라서 Temper T3 규정 금속입니다.

AMS 4087 : Aluminum Alloy Tubing, Seamless, Drawn 2024-0, Annealed
AMS 4088 : Aluminum Alloy, Drawn, Seamless Tubing 2024-T3 Solution Heat Treated and Cold Worked

AMS 4088 두랄루민과 같이 고용화 열처리 후 냉간 인발 제품인 경우
항복강도 290 MPa minimum 으로, 탄소강 ASTM A36, JIS SS400 보다, 높습니다.

2000 series 알루미늄은 열처리에 의해 강도와 경도를 높일 수 있는 합금으로
항공기용, 자동차용, Hydraulic Tubing 으로 사용됩니다.

AMS 4086, AMS 4087, AMS 4088 재질은 미국 연방 규격 WW-T-700/3,
미국 국방성 규격 MIL-T-50777, ASTM A210 — Drawn SMLS 규격과 대응 가능합니다.

※ Solution heat treatment (용체화 처리/고용화 처리)
A process in which an alloy is heated to a suitable temperature and is held
at this temperature long enough to allow soluble constituents to enter into
solid solution where they are retained in a super-saturated state after quenching.

합금을 적절한 온도로 가열하고 급랭 이후 과포화 상태로 존재하던
가용 성분이 고용체에 고용화 될 수 있도록 충분히 유지하는 공정을 말합니다.

※ Temper
The term “temper” means the division of mechanical properties
individually formed by various processing and heat treatment
conditions in the manufacturing process.

금속 또는 합금에 요구되는 특정한 물리적 성질 또는 기계적 성질을
