NA18 재질은 우수한 내식성과 높은 강도의 기계적 성질입니다.
NA18 금속은 고속으로 흐르는 해수에 대한 우수한 내식성과 용접성

내피로성, 내침식 부식성과 석출 경화에 의한 높은 강도, 경도 재질입니다.
비슷한 용도로 사용되는 Alloy 400, Monel®400 대비 높은 강도입니다.

BS 3076, NA18 재질은 프로펠러, 샤프트, 임펠러, offshore drilling towers,
Fasteners, Gas and Gas 산업, 부품으로 쓰이고, 불산, 염산에 내식성이 있습니다.

※ Precipitation Hardening Steels (석출 경화 : 析出硬化)
Steels with the property of being hardened by a method wherein
a small amount of elements such as aluminium, copper, etc.
is added and compounds of those elements or the like are
precipitated by heat treatment

알루미늄, 구리 등의 원소를 소량 첨가하고, 열처리에 의해
이들 원소 화합물을 석출 시켜 경화 하는 성질을 지니게 한 강.

※ Precipitation (석출 : 析出)
A phenomenon in which a crystal of a different phase is
separated from a solid solution and grows.

※ Erosion Corrosion (침식 부식)
Process involving conjoint corrosion and erosion, erosion corrosion can occur in,
for example, pipes with high fluid flow velocity and pumps and pipe lines carrying
fluid containing abrasive particles in suspension.

부식과 마멸이 동시에 일어나는 부식으로, 예를 들면 마모성 입자가 포함된
액상을 고속으로 운반하는 펌프, 또는 파이프 라인에서 발생할 수 있습니다.
