Alloy HX, Inconel® Alloy HX 재질은 1200℃ 수준까지 뛰어난
내산화성 (oxidation resistance)과 강도를 가진 니켈 합금입니다.

Inconel® 은 Special Metals 와 계열회사의 Trademark 로,
Inconel® 은 Nickel 과 Chromium 을 합금이 주 원소인 경우 상표입니다.

Inconel® Alloy HX 재질은 Ni-Cr-Fe-Mo 합금 고온용 금속 특징으로
용접과 가공성이 좋고, 비중 8.2 g/㎤, 용융점 1260~1355℃ 입니다.

사용 가능 온도가 1200℃ 와 용융점 온도를 비교하면
거의 용융점 (melt range)까지 creep rupture properties 금속입니다.

Alloy HX 재질은 Plate, Sheet, Strip, Wire, Bar, Rod, Pipe and Tube 제품이고
UNS N06002, EN 2.4665, AMS 5536, AMS 5754 규정과 비교 가능합니다.

항공기와 gas turbine 엔진, 산업용 furnace, 원자력 산업,
combustion chambers, afterburner 등의 용도로 사용됩니다.

※ Creep strength materials
Steels, nickel- or cobalt alloys with minimum 8% chromium, which are
characterized by good mechanical behavior at temperature above 500℃
under long-range service condition ; i.e. primarily by creep strength
to 1% plastic strain or creep rupture strength during long-time stressing.

강(鋼)이나, 니켈 합금, 코발트 합금이면서 최소 크롬을 8% 이상 합금으로
500℃ 이상의 환경에서 사용될 때, 좋은 기계적 성질을 보이는 금속을 말합니다.

※ Creep rupture test
Test measure the time to rupture, elongation after fracture,
reduction of area after fracture, etc. by holding test piece
at constant temperature and applying constant tensile force.
There are at times the cases where strain is measured during
creep rupture test or by interrupting test.

시험편을 일정한 온도로 유지하고 여기에 일정한 인장 하중을 가해,
파단 시간, 파단 연신율, 파단 단면 수축율 등을 측정하는 시험.
크리프 파단 시험 중 또는 시험을 중단하여
변형을 측정하는 경우도 있습니다.
