1.4724 재질은 페라이트 스텐레스로 내열강입니다.
850℃ 수준까지 사용 가능하고, 100000h/900℃ 1.0 MPa 크립 강도입니다.

환원 황 가스 환경에 대해 내식성이고 대기 중의 산화에 대한 저항성입니다.
1.4724, X10CrAlSi13 강재는 자성이 있으며, 비중 7.7 g/㎤ 입니다.

1.4724 강재는 Thermocouple 보호관용 튜브, Injection nozzles,
고온 환경에 사용되는 열 교환기용으로 사용되고, AISI 405 강재와 비교 가능합니다.

※ Ferritic Heat Resisting Steels
Heat resisting steels with ferritic structure
Generally, they have characteristics of small thermal stress
due to the small coefficient of thermal expansion and
large thermal conductivity, and of high creep strength
and high yield point at high temperature.

페라이트조직을 가지는 내열강. 일반적으로 열팽창계수가 작고,
열전도도가 큼으로 열응력이 작으며, 높은 크립 강도,
고온에서 고항복점을 가지는 특징이 있습니다.

※ Creep resistance (내크리프성)
a property of resistance against a phenomenon in which
strain in the lapse of time under a fixed stress at a high
temperature called high temperature creep.

고온의 일정한 압력을 받는 환경에서 물질의 변형이
시간이 경과함에 따라 증가하는 현상을 고온 크립이라고 하고
이에 견디는 성질을 말합니다.

※ Flat Product
Flat products having rectangular cross sections, the width being much greater
than the thickness : include slabs, heavy plate, wide flat, hot-rolled sheet,
plate, coil, cold-rolled coil, coated steel products, and tinplate.
They are used in automotive, heavy machinery,
pipes and tubes, construction, packaging and appliances.

※ Long Product
Long products have a cross constant section and nominal size and shape :
include billets, blooms, rebars, wire, rod, round bar, flat bar, sections, rails,
sheet piles and drawn wire. The main markets for these products are
construction, mechanical engineering, energy and automotive.
