QQ-A-250/4 는 Sheet, Plate 형상 Aluminum Alloy 2024 합금 규정으로

Alloy 2024 재질은 초두랄루민 (super-duralumin), 시효 경화성 합금으로
2017 Alloy 보다 높은 인장강도와 항복강도 합금입니다.

좋은 가공성, 높은 강도, 좋은 내피로성이지만, 내식성은 조금 떨어지는 재질로
항공기 기체의 구조체, 차량 wheel, 정밀 고정 장치, 운반 기기와

다양한 비강도 (strength-to-weight) 가 요구되는 곳에 사용되고,
QQ-A-250/4 는, ASTM B209–Plate, Sheet 규정에 대응됩니다.

※ Aging (시효 : 時效)
A phenomenon in which, after cooling or cold working, the properties
of steel (for example, hardness) are changed with a lapse of time.
This may sometimes be used as an operation intended only for age hardening.

시효 처리는 열처리 합금의 석출 경화 과정을 의미하며 열처리 온도에 따라
자연 시효 (Natural Aging)과 인공 시효 (Artificial Aging) 으로 구분되며
자연 시효 (Natural Aging)는 상온에서 일정 시간 유지하는 열처리이고
인공 시효 (Artificial Aging)는 석출물의 빠른 발현 진행 시키려고 하는
고온에서 일정 시간 유지하는 열처리를 의미합니다.

※ T351
Solution heat-treated, cold worked, stress relieved by stretching, and naturally aged
고용화 열처리 후 강도를 증가 시키기 위해 냉간 가공을 하고, 잔류 응력을
제거한 후에 자연 시효 시킨 상태를 말합니다.
