SNC815 강재는 니켈 크롬 합금강재로, 공급은 Annealed 조건이지만
Quenching and Tempering 열처리 해서 사용하는 경우가 많습니다.

+QT 열처리 하는 경우, Condition H (Hardening), 경화강재가 됩니다.
열처리는 제조사보다는, 주로 수요가에서 열처리 해서 사용합니다.

제조사에서 환봉 외경 25mm 기준 참고 값이 제시되기도 하며
SNC815 를, 880℃, 800℃ Double Quenching, 180℃ Tempering 열처리 하면

인장강도 1170 MPa 수준의 높은 강도의 내마모성 환봉인 SNC815H 재질이 됩니다.
참고 값만 있는 이유는 열처리 온도 조건에 따라 기계적 성질이 변하기 때문입니다.

Nickel, Chromium 원소 합금이 열처리성을 높여주는 역할로 가능합니다.
SNC 815H 는, Shafts, 피스톤 핀, 크랭크 사프트, 축 용도로 사용됩니다.

강의 성질을 향상 시키기 위해, 또는 소정의 성질을 구비 시키기 위해

※ Alloy (합금 : 合金)

soluble in it in the liquid state and capable of entering into
solid solution or forming a compound.

한 종류 이상의 다른 원소가 포함되고, 액체 상태에서는 그들이
완전히 용해되지만, 고체 상태에서는 그 원소들은, 고용되거나
화합물을 형성하는 금속 소재.

※ Mechanical properties (기계적 성질 : 機械的性質)
Various properties relating to mechanical deformation and
breaking such as tensile strength, yield point or proof strength,
elongation, reduction of area, hardness, impact value,
fatigue strength, creep strength, etc.

인장강도, 항복점, 연신율, 단면 수축율, 경도, 충격치, 피로 강도,
크립 강도 등 기계적인 변형 및 파괴에 관계되는 성질을 말합니다.
