AW5754 H32,알루미늄 합금은 유럽 규격의 Aluminum + Magnesium
합금으로, 화학적인 Symbol 로는 AlMg3 H32 로, 표기되는 재질입니다.

Wrought product 로, Plate, Sheet, Round Bar 형상의 제품으로
열처리에 의해 경화 되지 않아, 압연에 의한 가공 경화로 강도를 높입니다.

가공 경화 과정을 거쳐도, 다른 고강도 알루미늄보다 강도는 높지 않습니다.
해수 (seawater)에 대한 내식성이 좋아, 선체 제작용 (shipbuilding),

자동차 차체, 식음료 산업, flooring application 용도로 쓰이며
비중 2.66 g/㎤ 으로, 강 (steel) 7.85 g/㎤ 대비, 현저히 가볍습니다.

※ Wrought product (전신재 : 展伸材 : 가공용 합금)
A general term for products obtained by hot and/or cold plastic deformation
processes such as extruding, forging, hot rolling, cold rolling or drawing, either
exclusively or in combination.
Examples for wrought products are rod/bar, wire, tube, profile, sheet, strip, forging.

※ Strain hardening (가공 경화)
Modification of a metal structure by cold working, resulting in an increase in strength
and hardness, generally with some loss of ductility.

냉간 가공에 의한 금속 조직의 변화로 강도와 경도의 증가를 유발하며
일반적으로 연성이 감소되는 현상이 있습니다.

※ Temper H
Strain Hardened (Wrought Products Only) – Applied to products that have their
strength increased by strain hardening with or without supplementary thermal
treatments to produce partial softening. Two or more digits always follow the H.
가공 경화한 것 – 적절하게 부드럽게 하기 위한 열처리의 유무에 상관없이
가공 경화에 의해 강도를 증가한 것을 말합니다.
