마르텐자이트 스텐레스로 높은 탄소량이지만, 크롬 합금 내식성 스텐입니다.
F899 Type 410 는, 높은 응력이 작용하는 환경에 사용하고, 보통 수준의 환경에서

내식성이고, Annealed 조건이든, 경화 열처리 조건이든 자성이 있습니다.
F899 Type 410 재질은, 우주 항공용 구조체 (structural), 자동차의 배기관,

절단 칼, 화학 공업, 공구, 평 스프링 용도로 쓰이면서
F899 Type 410 인 경우 medical instruments and devices 용도로 쓰입니다.

※ Martensitic Stainless Steels
Stainless steels which can be hardened by increasing carbon contents
of ferritic stainless steel and heat treatment to martensitic structure
SUS410 is representative.

담금질함으로서 마르텐자이트 조직으로 되어, 경화 시킬 수가 있는
스테인레스강으로 SUS410 — 13% 크롬강이 대표적입니다.

※ Martensite (마르텐자이트)
체심 정방체 (BCC) 구조를 가지는 준안정 고용체를 말합니다.
이것은 오스테나이트가 확산 기구가 아닌 방법으로 변태 되어 형성됩니다.
마르텐자이트는 담금질강재의 구조입니다.

Metastable solid solution with a body-centred tetragonal crystal or a
body-centered cubic crystal having the same chemical composition
as that of the original austenite.
It is formed at a temperature of point Ms or lower by the transformation
of austenite without diffusional mechanism.
Martensite is sometimes produced by plastic deformation of austenite.
Martensite is the structure in quenched steel.
