Nickel 201 금속은 99.6% 수준의 니켈로, Commercially Pure(CP) Nickel 입니다.
Nickel 201 은, 음식품 제조와 인조 고무, 부식성의 알칼리 환경에 사용하고

부동태 피막이 형성되므로, 내식성이 우선 고려되는 구조체와, 우주 항공 부품,
전자기 부품, 화학품 보관 용기, 로켓 모터 케이스, 고온 고압에 사용되는 자성을 가지는 금속입니다.

Nickel 201 을 Nickel 200을 비교하면 Nickel 201 이, 저탄소 니켈입니다.
Nickel 함량이 같고, 불순물인 Cu, Mn, S 제한량이 같더라도

Nickel 201 은 저탄소이고, 저탄소 (low carbon) 효과는 고온 환경에서 흑연화 현상에
보다 대응하기 좋은 성질로, 사용 환경이 315℃ 수준을 경계로, 이보다 높은

내열 환경에서는 Nickel 201 (315℃~677℃)을 사용하고, 315℃ 보다 낮으면 Nickel 200 을
사용하고, 다만 Nickel 201 의 저탄소 특징으로, Nickel 200 대비 강도가 낮습니다.

Nickel 201 튜브, 파이프 재질은 ASTM B161 UNS N02201, ASTM B829 일반 규정의
적용에 대응 가능하고, BS NA12, EN 2.4068 재질에 대응됩니다.

※ 흑연화 (graphitization : 黑鉛化)
흑연 상태의 탄소 석출을 말합니다.
Precipitation of carbon in the form of graphite.

※ Heat Resisting (내열 : 耐熱)
