SFL 1 재질은 압력 용기와 그 부품으로 사용하는 탄소강 단조품입니다.
SFL 1 단조품은 Normalizing, QT, NT 열처리 가능한 재질입니다.

SFL 1, SFL 2 재질은 화학 원소에서 같은 단강품으로
적절한 열처리로 각각의 규정 물성을 만족하는 재질이 됩니다.

저온 취성에 대한 보증 값으로 -30 ℃, Charpy V-Notch Impact Test 조건이
있는 SFL 1 Grade 강재는, 인장강도 440~590 MPa 입니다.

※ Steels for pressure vessels (압력용기용 강재 : 壓力容器用鋼材)
Steel products manufactured pressure vessels and high pressure
equipment which require strength, weldability and principally
toughness at a ordinary temperature.
They are generally used for the principal portions of pressure vessels.

압력 용기 및 고압 설비용으로서 고온 강도, 용접성 및 주로 상온에서의
인성을 중요시하여 제조 된 강재로, 보통 압력 용기의 주요 부분에 사용됩니다.

※ Brittleness (취성 : 脆性)
The property of little deformability, hard and brittle in general.
It is usually compared by the strength of impact orthe surface
conditions of fracture.

일반적으로 단단하고 취성 (脆性)이며, 변형등이 적은 성질로 보통, 충격 시험에서,
충격치의 대소 또는 파면의 상황에 따라 비교합니다.
인성 (Toughness)와 반대되는 개념으로 외부의 힘에 물체가 소성 변형
(Plastic deformation)을 거의 보이지 않고, 파괴되는 현상을 말합니다.
