SUM32-D 재질은, SUM32 강재의 인발재 Symbol 입니다.
SUS32-D 강재는 쾌삭 원소로 황을 합금한 재질로 황 쾌삭강이라고 부릅니다.

쾌삭강을 EN 영국 규격에서는 황을 적어도 0.1% 이상 합금한 경우
쾌삭강이라고 부르고 SUM32 재질은 EN 15SMn13, ASTM 1117, 1118 과 대응됩니다.

KS, JIS 의 Symbol, 내용의 같고, KS, JIS 모두 화학 원소만 규정이 있고 기계적
성질에 대한 규정이 없는 재질로, 대응 가능한 15SMn13 의, 기계적 성질을 나타냈습니다.

※ Free cutting steels (Resulfurized : 쾌삭강, 快削鋼) — JIS
Steels to which free cutting properties is improved by
individual or combined addition of phosphorus (P), sulfur (S),
lead (Pb), selenium (Se), tellurium (Te), calcium (Ca), etc.

인, 황, 납, 셀레늄, 텔루륨, 칼슘 등을 단독 또는 복합으로
첨가하여, 피삭성을 높인 강.

※ Drawing (인발 : 引拔)

change the cross sectional shape, or to harden the material
소재를 잡아 당겨, 다이를 통과시키면서 단면적이나 크기를
줄여 나가거나, 금속을 경화 시키기도 하는 방법.

※ Mechanical properties (기계적 성질 : 機械的性質)
Various properties relating to mechanical deformation and
breaking such as tensile strength, yield point or proof strength,
elongation, reduction of area, hardness, impact value,
fatigue strength, creep strength, etc.

인장강도, 항복점, 연신율, 단면 수축율, 경도, 충격치, 피로 강도,
크리프 강도 등 기계적인 변형 및 파괴에 관계되는 성질을 말합니다.
