ASTM B150 은, 알루미늄 청동이면서, 봉, 로드, 형강에 대한 규정입니다.
그 중 B150 C63200 재질은 nominal 알루미늄 9% 수준의 합금입니다.

ASTM B150, 10 가지 재질은 알루미늄 6.0~11.5% 수준의 합금으로
알루미늄을 동에 12% 이하 합금 하면, 기계적 성질과 내마모성

내피로성, 내열성, 내식성이 향상되기에 합금 합니다.
비중이 가벼운 알루미늄 합금으로, B150 C63200 의 비중은 7.64 g/㎤ 입니다.

B150 C63200 재질은 Al-Bronze 또는 4.4% 수준의 Nickel 합금으로, Al-Cu Bronze
라고도 부르며, 질산, 염소산, 과염소산 등이 사용되는 환경에서는 적합치 않습니다.

B150 C63200 재질은 비자성이고 non-sparking, 내식성 성질로 marine and
submarine components, ball, ball valves, shafts, pump parts 용도입니다.

※ Mechanical properties (기계적 성질 : 機械的性質)
Various properties relating to mechanical deformation and
breaking such as tensile strength, yield point or proof strength,
elongation, reduction of area, hardness, impact value,
fatigue strength, creep strength, etc.

인장강도, 항복점, 연신율, 단면 수축율, 경도, 충격치, 피로 강도,
크리프 강도 등 기계적인 변형 및 파괴에 관계되는 성질을 말합니다.

※ Wear resistance (내마모성 : Abrasion resistance)
A property of resistance against a phenomenon in which the mechanical
scratch, metallic abrasion, etc. of relatively moving metal surfaces are
integrated and the surfaces are worn, called wear.

상대 운동하는 금속 면의 기계적 글킴, 금속적 점착 등이 종합되어서 그 면이
소모되는 현상을 마모라고 하고, 이에 견디는 성질을 말합니다.
