Aluminum AW 5754 H112 재질은 비열처리 합금으로, 강도를
열처리로 높일 수 없고, 냉간 가공으로 가공 경화에 의한 강도를

높일 수 있는 5××× series 알루미늄 합금입니다.
해수(seawater)에 대해서 특히 내식성이고, 대기 환경에서는 아주

우수한 내식성과 좋은 용접성, 아노다이징 하기 좋은 성질입니다.
AW 5754 H112 합금은 해상 구조물, 배를 건조할 때, offshore 용도입니다.

이외에도 AW 5754 H112 알루미늄은, 미끄러짐 방지 용도의 계단에 부착 시키는
treadplate, 운송 장비 몸체, 음식 산업, 화학과 원자력 산업의 용접용으로 쓰입니다.

5754 H112 합금은 비열처리 합금으로는 높은 강도이고
HBW 52 수준의 경도, 비중 2.66 g/㎤, 탄성계수 68 GPa 수준입니다.

※ Strain hardening (가공 경화)
Modification of a metal structure by cold working, resulting in an increase in strength
and hardness, generally with some loss of ductility.

냉간 가공에 의한 금속 조직의 변화로 강도와 경도의 증가를 유발하며
일반적으로 연성이 감소되는 현상이 있습니다.

properties without supplementary thermal treatment.
The number following this designation indicates the final degree of strain hardening
가공 경화만 한 것으로 소정의 기계적 성질을 얻기 위해 추가 열처리를 하지 않고
가공 경화만 한 것을 말합니다.
H1 기호 다음의 숫자는 최종 가공 경화 정도를 나타냅니다.
