2.0880 동합금은 Nickel nominal 17% 합금하고,
망간, 알루미늄 철합금으로 단조용 전신재 동합금입니다.

2.0880 금속은 hydraulics and high pressure fitting 용도,
엔지니어링 부품, 연결 부품으로 사용되는 내해수 부식 금속입니다.

2.0880 금속은 Nickel Silver 수준의 (Nickel 10~20%) 합금하고
기계적 성질 향상 시키려고 Mn, Al, Fe 합금한 특수 청동입니다.

2.0880, CuNi17Mn5Al2Fe 재질은 높은 항복강도 — 490 MPa minimum,
750 MPa minimum 의 인장강도로, 높은 기계적 성질입니다.

※ Mechanical properties (기계적 성질 : 機械的性質)
Various properties relating to mechanical deformation and
breaking such as tensile strength, yield point or proof strength,
elongation, reduction of area, hardness, impact value,
fatigue strength, creep strength, etc.

인장강도, 항복점, 연신율, 단면 수축율, 경도, 충격치, 피로 강도,
크리프 강도 등 기계적인 변형 및 파괴에 관계되는 성질을 말합니다.

※ Wrought product (전신재 : 展伸材)
A product that has been subjected to mechanical working
by such processes as rolling, extruding, forging, etc.

단독 또는 복합적인 압출, 단조, 열간 압연, 냉간 압연 또는 인발과 같은
냉간 소성 변형에 의해 얻어지는 제품에 대한 일반적인 용어로
전신재의 예로는 봉 (Rod), 바 (Bar), 선 (Wire), 관 (Tube), 형재 (Profile),
판 (Sheet), 조 (Strip), 단조물 (Forging)이 있습니다.
금속의 전연성 (展延性 : Ductility)을 이용한 금속 가공품을 말합니다.
이와는 반대로 비가공 제품 (Unwrought products (refinery shapes)는
정련이나 주조, 용해 공정에서 얻어지는 가공되지 않은 제품을 말합니다.
