AMS-DTL-22499 규정은, 얇은 금속 Foil을, 적층 (積層)으로 쌓은
Laminated Shim Stock 으로, 이전 규격은 MIL-S-22499 입니다.

AMS-DTL-22499 재질은, 적층 알루미늄, 적층 탄소강, 적층 스텐레스
적층 동합금, 적층 순 티타늄 금속 재질이 있습니다.

Comp 1 : Laminated Aluminum Alloy 1100-H19, Alloy 5052-H19, Alloy 5052-H39
Comp 2 : Laminated Brass Alloy C26000 Half Hard
Comp 3 : Laminated Stainless Steel 302, 304, 316L, 440
Comp 4 : Laminated Carbon Steel 1008 & 1010
Comp 5 : Laminated Titanium CP-1 annealed

Class 1 : 0.002″t (0.05 mmt). Class 2 : 0.003″t ( 0.076 mmt) 와 같이
AMS-DTL-22499 금속은 재질에 따라 Comp, 두께에 따라 Class 가, 구분됩니다.

Shim 재질로는 위에 나타나는 재질 외에도 Nickel, Inconel®, Monel®,
Polyimide (Kapton®) 재질이 있어, 내식, 내열, 기계적 성질을 고려해 사용됩니다.

AMS-DTL-22499 규정 재질은, 우주 항공, 발전소, 방위 산업, 의료용,
marine, 석유화학, 전기 전자, 운송 분야에 적용 되어, adjustable shim 으로 사용됩니다.

※ 박 (箔 : Foil)
Generally, a rolled product rectangular in cross section of thickness equal to
or less then 0.2 mm (Formerly 0.15mm, changed to 0.20 mm for
international harmonization) There is an overlap in the thickness range
0.15~0.2 mm defined for foil and sheet. Foil products in this gauge are
supplied to foil product specifications.

두께 0.2 mm 보다 작은 균일한 직사각 단면을 가지는 압연 제품을 말합니다.

※ Mechanical properties (기계적 성질 : 機械的性質)
Various properties relating to mechanical deformation and
breaking such as tensile strength, yield point or proof strength,
elongation, reduction of area, hardness, impact value,
fatigue strength, creep strength, etc.

인장강도, 항복점, 연신율, 단면 수축율, 경도, 충격치, 피로 강도,
크리프 강도 등 기계적인 변형 및 파괴에 관계되는 성질을 말합니다.
