EN 10216-3. P355N 재질은 유럽 규격의 원형 Seamless Tube 재질입니다.
P355N 재질 튜브는 압력이 작용하는 (pressure purpose)환경 용도입니다.

P355N steel symbol 에서 “P” — Pressure, “355” — 항복강도
“N” — Normalizing 열처리 된 강재를 의미하는 약자입니다.

연신율과 CVN absorbed impact energy 측정에서 압연 방향 (longitudinal)
폭 방향 (transverse) 규정이 있고, -20℃ ~ +20 ℃ 까지 CVN 이 있습니다.

P355N 튜브는 시험 방법에서 TC1 — Test category 1, TC2 — Test category 2 로,
나누고, TC1 보다, TC2 의 시험 항목이 더 많습니다.

※ Normalizing (불림 :燒準)
Heat treatment consisting of austenitizing followed by air cooling.
The purposes of this operation are to eliminate the influence of pre-working,
to render the crystal grains finder and to improve their mechanical properties.

오스테나이트화 후 공기 중에서 냉각하는 열처리로
노말라이징 열처리의 목적은 강재 생산 앞 공정에서 받은 응력 (Stress)를 풀어주고
결정립을 미세화, 표준화 시켜, 기계적 성질을 향상 시키는 열처리를 말합니다.

강괴 또는 강편으로부터 열간 압연, 압출, 밀어 빼기 (압출)로
제조 되든가 또는 천공한 다음, 기계 마무리로서 제조 된
이음매가 없는 강관. 다만, 이음매 없는 강관을 원소재로, 냉간
인발 한 것을, 냉간 마무리 이음매 없는 강관이라고 합니다.
