Cold Sheet 냉간 압연 Strip 또는 Strip을 절단하면 Sheet 가 됩니다.
S70CM-A 재질은 JIS G 3311 규정의 탄소강 재질로

S70C 열간 압연 강판을 냉간 압연하면 표면이 매끄러운 S70CM 이 되고
냉간 압연 상태에서는 경도가 높으므로, 풀림(Annealing)

열처리 해서, 경도 값을 HV 190 maximum 으로 조정하면 S70CM-A 로 표기합니다.
S70CM-A 강재는 목재나 나무 절단용 톱, 와샤, 스프링, 각종 부품으로 쓰입니다.

S70CM 재질은, KS 에서는 빠져 있는 규정이고,
AISI 1070 Cold Rolled 재질과 대응 가능합니다.

※ Cold-reduced steel sheet (냉간 압연 강판)
보통 스킨 패스한 상태로 공급되나, 구매자의 요구에 의해
스킨 패스 하지 않고, 어닐링한 상태로도 공급됩니다.

This products normally supplied skin passed but may be supplied annealed
last (ie. Without a skin pass), if specified by the purchaser on this order.

※ Skin pass (조질 압연 , Temper Rolling)

For the galvanized steel plate and steel strip, skin pass is
performed for the purpose to make the surface smooth.

냉간 압연 된 강판은 냉간압연 가공 과정에 의해 강도는 증가하지만,
인성이 감소하는 현상이 있으므로, Annealing (어닐링, 소둔) 열처리
과정으로 강판 내부의 응력 (stress)를 제거한 후, 결정 입자를
세밀하게 하기 위해 가벼운 냉간 압연 (light reduction cold rolling)를
하게 되고, 가벼운 냉간 압연을 조질 압연 이라고 표현합니다.
조질 압연 된 강판은 인성 (Toughness)이 개선됩니다.

※ Annealing (풀림 열처리)
Heat treatment consisting of heating and soaking at a suitable
temperature followed by cooling under conditions such that,
after return to ambient temperature, the metal will be in
a structural state closer to that of equilibrium.
Annealing is a heat treatment process to transform the steel
structure in to a more homogeneous, soft or more suitable state
Note : Since this definition is very general, it is advisable to use an
expression specifying the aim of the treatment (see bright annealing,
full annealing, soft annealing, inter-critical annealing, isothermal
annealing and subcritical annealing)

금속 재료를 적당한 온도로 가열하고, 그 온도에서 유지하는 균질화 처리를
한 뒤, 냉각함으로써 냉각 후 상온에서의 조직이 평형 상태에
가깝도록 하는 열처리를 말합니다.
이 용어는 아주 광범위하게 사용되므로 처리하는 목적을 덧붙여
사용하는것이 바람직하다. 예를 들어 광휘 어닐링, 완전 어닐링,
연화 어닐링, 중간 어닐링, 등온 어닐링, 변태점 이하 어닐링.
