ASTM B639 R30155 재질은 고온용으로 쓰이는 환봉 규격입니다.
석출 경화 열처리로 인장강도 760 MPa minimum 강도를 가지고

Cobalt 20% 수준의 합금으로, B639 R30155 에 합금되는 코발트는
내열성 합금 원소로 쓰이는 경우가 많은 원소입니다.

B639 R30155 금속은 Nickel. Chromium, Cobalt 를 각각 20% 수준 합금체로
높은 응력과 고온 환경에서 내산화성과 높은 강도를 가지는 재료입니다.

B639 R30155 합금은 항공기의 tail cones, turbine blades, shafts and rotors,
afterburner components, fasteners, 고온용 볼트 용도로 쓰입니다.

R30155 코발트 합금은 JIS SUH661, KS STR 661, Alloy N-155,
Multimet®N155 — Haynes Trademark 재질과 대응 가능합니다.

※ Solution treatment (용체화 처리, 고용화 처리)
Heat treatment intented for dissolve previously precipitated
constituents and retain them in solution.

이전에 이미 석출된 성분들을 재용해 되어 완전히 분해되
조직 내에 고용되어 다시 석출 되지 않게 하는 열처리.

※ Aging treatment (시효 처리 : Precipitation Hardening)
Heat treatment applied to a ferrous product after solution treatment
bring its properties to the required level.
Note : It consists of heating to and socking at one or more
specified temperature, followed by appropriate cooling.

철강재가 필요한 성질을 가지도록 용체화 처리한 뒤에 적용하는 열처리.
이 처리는 가열한 뒤 정해진 하나 또는 두 온도에서 일정 시간 유지하는
균열화 처리 후 적절하게 냉각하는 공정으로 이루어집니다.
