GOST (Russian: ГОСТ) 는 러시아 연방 국가 표준으로 GOST 19281
규정은 일반 구조용 강재 규정으로, 후판, Strip, 형강과 압연 성형 형강

제품이면서, 용접, 볼트, 리벳으로 연결하는, 비열처리 제품 (As rolled) 규정입니다.
GOST 19281 은, 항복강도에 따라 Grade 265 부터 9 가지로 나뉩니다.

GOST 19281 규정에는 V-Notch Impact (CVN)시험과 U-Notch Impact Test
조건이 온도에 따라, Category 별 구분되어 있습니다.

※ As rolled (압연한 그대로)
The condition the material is in when in comes off the sizing rollers.
Cooling as it’s being processed. As rolled is more prone to hard spots
and higher as shipped hardness.

금속 재료를 압연 롤로 압연을 끝낸 상태로, 경도나 강도 등 기계적
성질을 변화 시키는 열처리가 없는, 공기 중에서 냉각 시킨 상태입니다.

※ Alloy steel (합금강 : 合金鋼)
A Carbon steel to which is added a definite amount of one or more
elements other than carbon, in order to impart special properties
to the steel so that it can be used for specific purposes.

강의 성질을 향상 시키기 위해, 또는 소정의 성질을 구비 시키기 위해
합금 원소를 1 종 또는 2 종 이상을 합금 시킨 강.

※ Charpy V-Notch Impact Test (CVN : 샤르피 충격 시험)
Test to measure the absorbed energy, impact value, percentage
of brittle/ductile fracture, transition temperature, etc. with using
charpy impact testing machine in which test piece is supported by
two supports distant by 40 mm so that the notch meets the middle
between supports and is broken by striking with one blow of
pendulum to the face opposite the notch.

샤르피 충격 시험기를 사용하여 시험편을 40 mm 간격이 있는 두 개의
지지대에 올려 놓고, 또한 노치부를 지지대 사이의 중앙에 놓고
노치부의 뒷면을 해머로 1회만 충격을 주어, 시험편을 파단 시키고
흡수 에너지, 충격치, 파면율, 천 이온도 등을 측정하는 시험.
