AMS 4013 규정은 알루미늄 Foil 을 적층 (積層)으로 붙인 Sheet 입니다.
예를 들어 0.003″ (0.076 mmt) 두께의 알루미늄 Foil 41~42 장을

겹쳐 적층하면 0.125″(3.175 mmt) 두께의 Sheet 가 됩니다…. Class 1
0.002″ (0.005 mmt) 적층하면 … Class 2 로, Foil의 두께로 Class 1, 2를 구분합니다.

AMS-DTL-22499 규정은 Surface bonded laminated shim stocks 규정으로
AMS 4013 과, AMS-DTL-22499 규정이, 제품에 동시에 적용되며

AMS-DTL-22499 규정이고 (laminated shim stock) 이면서, 스텐레스인 경우는
AMS 5500 의 적용을 받고, 황동 적층판인 경우 AMS 4508 로, 구분됩니다.

AMS 4013 재질의 알루미늄 적층판이 ASTM B209 Alloy 1100 을 원재료로
냉간 압연에 의한 가공 경화 Temper H19 인 경우, 인장강도는 26.5 ksi 수준입니다.

Aluminum Alloy 1100 재질은 좋은 내식성, 내후성, 전기 전도성,
열전도성, 전연성, Drawing 특성이 우수한 금속입니다.

※ 전연성 (展延性 : punch stretch-ability : stretch formability)
Capability of material to be formed into defined form and dimensions
by expanding and bulging a part of plane sheet or formed products.

평판 또는 이미 성형 된 제품의 일부를 늘리든가 (부풀게 하든가) 튀어
나오게 하여 소정의 형상 치수로 성형할 수 있는 정도를 말합니다.

※ Drawability (인발 가공성)
The degree of easiness when wires, bars and pipes are drawn
through a die hole in working.
Generally, when they are drawn to a require shape of cross section,
objects without surface stress crack, or internal crack and having good
surface conditions without die’s flows are regarded as good drawability.

인발 가공할 때 가공되기 쉬운 정도. 일반적으로 소정의 단면적으로
인발 가공할 때, 응력 균열이 없다든가, 표면 형상이 좋은 것 등은
인발 가공성이 좋다고 합니다.
