SA210-A1 또는 A210-A1 규격의 강재는 탄소강 튜브 강재 규격으로
Seamless 형상의 보일러 또는 과열기 튜브로 쓰이는 중탄소 강재입니다.

SA210-A1 (SA210 Grade A-1) 튜브는 열간 마무리 (hot finish) 또는
냉간 마무리 (cold finish) 생산하며, 냉간재는 냉간 마무리 생산 후 풀림,

완전 풀림, 또는 normalizing 열처리 하며, 특별한 지정이 있는 경우
pickling or 쇼트 브라스트 과정을 거치기도 합니다.

※ 쇼트 브라스트 다듬질 (shot blasted surface)
Finish which indicates the surface conditions of steel products, with
which the mill scale, rusts, etc, of surface are removed by jetting
shots at a high speed.

강재의 표면 상태를 나타내며, 고속의 숏트를 투사 해서 표면의
밀 스케일, 녹 등을 제거한 것을 말합니다.

※ Pickled Surface (산세 다듬질 : 酸洗)
Finish which indicates the surface conditions of steel products, with which
the scale, rust, etc. of surface are removed by dipping into sulfuric acid,
hydrochloric acid or other acid solution.

강재의 표면 상태를 나타내며, 황산, 염산 또는 기타의 산 용액에 침지 시켜
(액체에 담그다) 표면의 스케일, 녹 등을 제거한 것을 말합니다.

※ Annealing (풀림 열처리)
Heat treatment consisting of heating and soaking at a suitable
temperature followed by cooling under conditions such that,
after return to ambient temperature, the metal will be in
a structural state closer to that of equilibrium.
Annealing is a heat treatment process to transform the steel
structure in to a more homogeneous, soft or more suitable state
Note : Since this definition is very general, it is advisable to use an
expression specifying the aim of the treatment (see bright annealing,
full annealing, soft annealing, inter-critical annealing, isothermal
annealing and subcritical annealing)

금속 재료를 적당한 온도로 가열하고, 그 온도에서 유지하는 균질화 처리를
한 뒤, 냉각함으로써 냉각 후 상온에서의 조직이 평형 상태에
가깝도록 하는 열처리를 말합니다.
이 용어는 아주 광범위하게 사용되므로 처리하는 목적을 덧붙여
사용하는 것이 바람직하다. 예를 들어 광휘 어닐링, 완전 어닐링,
연화 어닐링, 중간 어닐링, 등온 어닐링, 변태점 이하 어닐링.
