13-8Mo 스텐레스 재질의 특징은 13% 수준의 Chromium 과 8% 수준의
Nickel과 몰리브덴 합금체로, 석출 경화 효과에 의한 고강도 강재입니다.

13-8Mo 강재는 시효 처리하면 (4시간/540℃/air cooling)
1310 MPa minimum 의 높은 항복강도 강재로 Type 304 오스테나이트 스텐

205 MPa minimum 과 비교하면, 높은 강도를 바로 알 수 있습니다.
13-8Mo 스텐은 강도, 경도와 함께 높은 인성과 내식성 강재입니다.

13-8Mo 재질은 우주 항공과 비행기, 원자력 발전소 발전 부품,
화학 산업 등의 심한 응력에 견뎌야 하는 환경에 사용됩니다.

13-8Mo Condition H1000 재질 단조재는 AMS 5629 — Bar, Wire, Forgings,
AMS 5864 — Plate 와 ASTM A705 – Forging 규정과 대응 가능합니다.

※ Precipitation Hardening Steels (석출 경화 : 析出硬化)
Steels with the property of being hardened by a method wherein
a small amount of elements such as aluminium, copper, etc.
is added and compounds of those elements or the like are
precipitated by heat treatment

알루미늄, 구리 등의 원소를 소량 첨가하고, 열처리에 의해
이들 원소 화합물을 석출 시켜 경화 하는 성질을 지니게 한 강.

※ Aging (시효: 時效)
Phenomenon leading to a modification in the properties of a ferrous
product due to the migration of interstitial elements, which can
occur at ambient temperature or at temperature close to it

상온 또는 상온에 가까운 온도에서 용질 원자의 확산이 일어나게
함으로써, 철강재의 성질이 개선되는 현상.
이 용어는 시효 경화 (석출 경화)라는 용어와 동의어로 쓰입니다.
