단조재와 링 형상을 가지는 13Cr-2.0Ni-3.0W 화학조성의,

열처리 가능한 마르텐자이트 스텐레스로 ASTM A565-615
UNS S41800, AISI 418 재질과 대응 가능한 스텐레스입니다.

AMS 5616 강재는 QT 열처리 하면 Condition HT 라는 Symbol 을 사용하고
항복강도 760 MPa minimum 의 높은 기계적 성질을 가지며

Condition A — Annealed 조건에서는 경도 값 HB 311 maximum 입니다.
AMS 5616 재질은 Greek Ascoloy ® 이라는 Trademark 로도 불립니다.

AMS 5616 스텐은 650℃ 수준까지, 높은 응력이 작용하는 환경에서 사용하며
우수한 creep strength 로, 발전 설비와 가스 터빈, 고온용 fasteners 용도입니다.

※ Creep strength (크리프 강도)
Stress to cause specified strain in specified loading period of
time at constant temperature.
For example, the stress causing strain 1%, 0.1%, 0.01% in 1000h.

일정 온도하에서, 규정된 부하 시간에 규정된 변형이 생기는 응력.
예를 들면 1000 시간에 1%, 0.1% 또는 0.01%의 변형이
생기는 응력이 사용됩니다.

※ Mechanical properties (기계적 성질 : 機械的性質)
Various properties relating to mechanical deformation and
breaking such as tensile strength, yield point or proof strength,
elongation, reduction of area, hardness, impact value,
fatigue strength, creep strength, etc.

인장강도, 항복점, 연신율, 단면 수축율, 경도, 충격치, 피로 강도,
크리프 강도 등 기계적인 변형 및 파괴에 관계되는 성질을 말합니다.

※ Martensitic Stainless Steels
Stainless steels which can be hardened by increasing carbon contents
of ferritic stainless steel and heat treatment to martensitic structure
SUS410 is representative.

담금질함으로서 마르텐자이트 조직으로 되어, 경화 시킬 수가 있는
