ASTM B632 재질은 압연 알루미늄 다이어먼드형 무늬가 있는
Tread Plate 제품에 대한 규정으로, 한쪽 면만 Tread 입니다.

B632 6061-T6 은, Al-Mg-Si 열처리 합금으로, 열처리로
Mg2Si 석출물에 의한 강도를 향상 시킨 알루미늄 합금입니다.

B632 6061-T6 재질은 내식성과 성형성이 있으면서, 항복강도 240 MPa
minimum 으로, 가공성이 우수한 전신재로 발판용으로 사용됩니다.

※ Wrought product (전신재 : 展伸材 : 가공용 합금)
A general term for products obtained by hot and/or cold plastic deformation
processes such as extruding, forging, hot rolling, cold rolling or drawing, either
exclusively or in combination.
Examples for wrought products are rod/bar, wire, tube, profile, sheet, strip, forging.

단독 또는 복합적인 압출, 단조, 열간 압연, 냉간 압연 또는 인발과 같은 열간 및 또는
냉간 소성 변형에 의해 얻어지는 제품에 대한 일반적인 용어로, 전신 제품의 예로는
봉, 바, 선, 관, 형재, 판, 조, 단조물이 있습니다.

※ Temper T6
Solution heat treated and artificially aged
용체화 처리 후 시효 경화 한 것을 말합니다.
용체화 처리 후 적극적인 냉간 가공을 하지 않고 인공 시효 경화
처리한 것으로, 그 냉간 가공을 한 것의 효과가 작습니다.

※ Aging (시효 : 時效)
A phenomenon in which, after cooling or cold working, the properties
of steel (for example, hardness) are changed with a lapse of time.
This may sometimes be used as an operation intended only for age hardening.

시효 처리는 열처리 합금의 석출 경화 과정을 의미하며 열처리 온도에 따라
자연 시효 (Natural Aging)과 인공 시효 (Artificial Aging) 으로 구분되며
자연 시효 (Natural Aging)는 상온에서 일정 시간 유지하는 열처리이고
인공 시효 (Artificial Aging)는 석출물의 빠른 발현 진행 시키려고 하는
고온에서 일정 유지하는 열처리를 의미합니다.
