Beryllium Copper C17200은 , 시효 경화성 강한,베릴륨 1.80~2.00 수준의
합금으로도, 높은 기계적 성질이 가능하고, 제조사의 열처리 (Mill Hardened) 와

냉간 압연에 의한 가공 경화 효과로 Temper XHMS 조건에서
항복강도 1030~1240 MPa 의 높은 기계적 성질이 가능합니다.

ASTM B194 규정은 Be-Cu 합금 판, Steet, Strip, Rolled Bar 규정이고
이 규정에는 C17200–Alloy 25 (former designation) 과

C17000 — Alloy 165 재질이 있고, C17200 XHMS Temper 조건은 Extra
Spring Hard Sheet, Temper 로, 스프링, electric connectors 용도로 사용됩니다.

ASTM C17200 재질은 AMS 4530, AMS 4532, 미국 연방 규격 QQ-C-533,
규격과 비교되고 C17200 XHMS 인 경우, 대응 JIS 규격은 없습니다.

※ Aging (시효: 時效)

product due to the migration of interstitial elements, which can
occur at ambient temperature or at temperature close to it.

상온 또는 상온에 가까운 온도에서 용질 원자의 확산이 일어나게
함으로써, 철강재의 성질이 개선되는 현상.
이 용어는 시효 경화 (석출 경화)라는 용어와 동의어로 쓰입니다.

※ 가공 경화 ; 변형 경화 (Working hardening ; Strain hardening)
A phenomenon in which materials are hardened due to the increase of
processing strain when the processes such as cold rolling, drawing
and the like are carried out during cooling.

인발, 냉간 압연과 같은 냉간 가공에 의한 금속 구조가 변화됨으로서
강도와 경도가 증가 되는 현상을 말합니다.
일반적으로 강도와 경도가 좋아지면, 연성은 감소합니다.
