CW101C 재질의 Sheet 특징은 베릴륨 합금과 냉간 압연, 석출 경화
열처리 제품인 경우 890 MPa minimum 의 고항복점 금속이 됩니다.

CW101C 합금은 시효 경화성 높은 베릴륨 2% 수준과 Fe, Ni 미량 합금으로
Copper-Alloy 합금 중 최고 수준의 기계적 성질을 가지는 재료입니다.

CW101C Sheet 는, 내열성, 내식성, 도전성과 내피로성이 우수한 재료로
Spring, Bellows, Clips, Retaining rings, Non-sparking safety tools 용도입니다.

CW101C 재료는 ISO CuBe2, JIS C1720, ASTM C17200 과
대응되며, Alloy 25 라고도 부르고, Sheet와 함께 Round-Bar 로도 사용됩니다.

※ 석출 열처리 (인공 시효) : Precipitation Heat Treatment : 析出熱處理 (人工時效)

the supersaturated solid solution by heating at room temperature or higher

과포화 고용체로부터 가용 성분의 석출에 의한 강화를 위하여
상온 이상에서 합금을 열처리 하는 것을 말합니다.

※ Precipitation (석출 : 析出)
A phenomenon in which a crystal of a different phase is
separated from a solid solution and grows.

※ Solution treatment (용체화 처리, 고용화 처리)
Heat treatment intended for dissolve previously precipitated
constituents and retain them in solution.

이전에 이미 석출 된 성분들을 재용해 되어 완전히 분해되
조직 내에 고용되어 다시 석출 되지 않게 하는 열처리.
